Return Details

1. We accept returns within 30 days of the date of receipt. Returns of special offers and gifts are not accepted.
2. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and sanitary pads.
3. Original shipping and customs fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4.If you need to change the size, please let us know and tell us the size you need.

Refund

1. Once we've received your returned package, we'll take care of the rest and process your refund ASAP. Refunds for credit card payments take 3-5 business days and refunds for Paypal payments take 3 business days. Please note that the processing time depends on your bank and payment method.

2. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. If your bank account has closed since you've made the purchase, you will need to contact your bank directly for information on how to receive the funds.
