4. When will my order be shipped?
4.1.Orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

5. What is Delivery Time?
Delivery Time = Warehouse Processing Time + Shipping.

10. Tips for shipping
1) A phone number and the valid email address is required to get in touch when the parcel is ready for delivery.
2) Please detailed your shipping address and include apartment or unit number when filling the shipping address. Please kindly noted that Shekini won’t be responsible for extra shipping fee or nondelivery issue.

13. How to cancel my order?
All orders begin to process in our warehouse systems within 1 business day of being placed. Many orders will begin to process the same day. Due to this, it is very unlikely that our team will be able to modify or cancel your order. Please use the messenger feature on the bottom left of your screen to quickly contact our team or contact our email  if you'd like to attempt to change or cancel your order.

14. Washing instruction:
Hand wash cold separately, only-non-chlorine bleach when needed, do not dry clean, do not wring or twist line dry, for best results, rinse and line dry immediately after use.

12. Can I order different size of top and bottom?
Thanks for your inquiry. We are very sorry that currently we could not offer mixed size for the top and bottom as it come with one to one when manufacturing.We may consider to sell the top and bottom separately in the future. You can also email us if you have special requirements.


13. The suit runs small/large, can I exchange for a larger/small size?
Sure thing, please send us a return request through our website and reorder the item in correct size. The item must be returned in new and unused condition(Keep everything as original, includes hang tag, washing label, hygienic liner, packing, also don't wash it).

14. I don't like the item, how can I get a refund? Any restocking fee?
We will issue refund 3 days after we receive and check the return item's condition, the item must be returned in new and unused condition. 15% restocking fee will apply. Shipping fee is not refunded. You will get the refund the way you paid.
