Return/Refund Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled and refunded prior to shipping; orders cannot be cancelled more than 24 hours after they are placed
  2. Return & exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery;
  3. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs.
  4. Before you return, email us to get the return address to ship the products back;
  5. Items must be in original condition or in the same condition as that you receive. Damaged or missing products for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded.
  6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service so the returns will be made at your own cost.
  7. If you ordered a bikini sets from us and want the top or bottom to be replaced, you need to return both items to our return address and we will deliver the new sets.
  8. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  9. Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account – Paypal or credit card. Paypal refunds will be issued immediately while credit cards make take 5-7 business days to process.
  10. If there are reasons such as sending the wrong size/colour or damaged products, you can contact us and send us photos for verification and we will resend the correct products. You do not need to return the products.

 

Can I still return items if they are worn, or damaged, or if the tags are removed?

Items must be in original condition or in the same condition as that you receive. Damaged,non-original tags or missing products for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded.

Can I still return items If there are reasons such as sending the wrong size/colour or damaged products?

You can contact us and send us photos for verification and we will resend the correct products. You do not need to return the products.

HOW TO START A RETURN?

Step 1. Initial Your Return

Email us (service@shekiniclothing.com) with your order number and detailed exchange or refund request. Please provide a picture of the problem if possible.

Step 2. Return Request Approved

Once we receive your return request, we will check it and send the return address so that you can send the items back.We will process it within 48 hours and send an email to inform

Step 3. Return Items Received

Once we receive your returned item, we will give it a quick check and if the item is in its original condition, we will deliver the replacement or issue the refund right away within 3 work days.

Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.
