- Arrival delay: Claim for $5 if your domestic package is not delivered within 10 days since fulfillment (30 days for international package).
- Damage: Claim for up to the full value of your purchase if your items are damaged in transit.
- Loss: Claim for the full value of your purchase if your domestic package is not delivered before the 30th day since fulfillment (60th day for international package).
- Worry-Free Purchase also includes carbon offsets for carbon emissions produced within the recipient’s destination country .

- Orders can be cancelled and refunded prior to shipping; orders cannot be cancelled more than 24 hours after they are placed
- We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in original condition with product tags and hygiene liners attached (excluding flash sales, final sales & special sales) within 14 days of receiving your package.
- Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs.
- Before you return, email us to get the return address to ship the products back;
- Items must be in original condition or in the same condition as that you receive. Damaged or missing products for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded.
