Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor the order status.

A) We are doing our best to make the promised time, please understand our warehouse is working only on business days, so please remember to enjoy the sunshine even if there's a day or two difference in the ETA, and by the way, we will inform you proactively if something is wrong. If customs duties are involved, the bearer is the recipient.

B) Phone number is required for delivery. Leave the correct email address in your order to send order confirmation and shipping confirmation.

Return & Exchange Policy
Orders can be cancelled and refunded prior to shipping; orders cannot be cancelled more than 24 hours after they are placedProducts participating in the event cannot be returned unless there
is a quality problem, and the relevant shipping fee will be deducted for
returns.Return & exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery;Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs.Before you return, email us to get the return address to ship the products back;Items must be in original condition or in the same condition as that
you receive. Damaged or missing products for reasons not due to our

be replaced, you need to return both items to our return address and we

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or the tags are removed?

Items must be in original condition or at
the same condition as that you receive. Damaged，non-original tags or
missing products for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded.

You can contact us and send us photos for verification and we
will resend the correct products. You do not need to return the
products.

HOW TO START A RETURN?
Step 1. Initial Your Return

Email us (service@shekiniclothing.com) with your order number and detailed exchange or refund request. Please provide a picture of the problem if possible.

Step 2. Return Request Approved

Once we receive your return request, we will check it and send the return address so that you can send the items back.

Step 3. Return Items Received

Once we receive your return item, we will give it a quick check and
if the items is as its original condition, we will deliver the
replacement or issue the refund right away within 3 work days.

Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.
